We would like to keep you informed of the current delivery times. It is currently still very busy with the delivery services. This is mainly because non-essential stores are closed. As a result, the delivery time of the packages is sometimes very long. Please keep this in mind to avoid disappointments.

  • All orders placed before 14:00 are still shipped the same day by us. Unfortunately we are dependent on our delivery partners where it is still very busy at the moment. So your new plant buddies are on the way, but this could take longer than usual.
  • Unfortunately, we have already seen in recent weeks that there is a constructive pressure at PostNL. We put your packages on a roll container which is then picked up by PostNL. When too many containers are delivered in a region, PostNL stores them in a HUB until there is capacity to sort them. We  also see that, for example, the delivery day changes daily to a later day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. The annoying thing is that the packages have already been delivered from us to PostNL, but the packages indicate that they are not yet here with the track-trace. We understand the confusion and apologize for it.
  • Rest assured, our plants can easily survive 1.5 week in a closed box. If some of your ordered plant or pots did not arrive right? Do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Can you wait a little longer for your new plants? Then wait a little longer placing your order. At the end of January we expect it to become quieter with our delivery partners.
