On this page, we would like to keep you informed about the shipping time during the holiday period. This period runs from November 20 to January 2. Delivery on an exacted date is not always possible during this period, because we cannot fulfil this due to varying delays at PostNL. This option is therefore temporarily disabled.
During this period, we have extra capacity to pack and ship all orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM on the same day. Packages that are packed, are placed on roll containers that are collected by PostNL at the end of the day. As soon as we have completed your order, and it has been packed and placed on the roll container, you will automatically receive the track-trace in your email.
Here is an expected delivery time as for example below:
Expected: tomorrow between 11:00 and 13:30
Parcel has not yet been received or processed by PostNL.
When too many containers are delivered to a region during this busy period, PostNL stores them in a HUB until there is capacity to sort them. We often see that, for example, the delivery day changes daily to a later day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. The annoying thing is that the packages have been handed in by us to PostNL, but the packages via the track-trace indicate that they are not yet here or that they have not yet been processed by PostNL.
We understand the confusion and apologize for this.
As soon as your package has had the first scan, the expected delivery time will change, and you will receive a final delivery time. It will be displayed as below:
Delivery time: today between 15:50 and 17:50
Delivery man is on his way
It is no problem for the plants to stay in your package for a few days longer. Cacti and succulents are strong plants that can easily survive 1.5 weeks in your package. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the plants, please let us know. Then we will solve it for you.
Hopefully this information makes everything clear. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
