How can I pay?

We have made it easy for you to pay for your new cacti and succulents. We have added as many payment methods as possible through our partner Mollie. You can pay for your order at by: iDEAL, PayPal, Applepay (only for Apple devices), Bancontact, credit card, sofortBankingBelfius, KBC / CBC or transfer in advance by your bank. What are the shipping costs?

When you enter the country to which you want to send the cacti and succulents in the checkout page, the shipping costs become visible.

In the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 5.95. Orders above € 40 are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Belgium are € 7.50. Orders above € 80 are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Denmark are € 12,75. Orders above € 125 are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Germany are € 7,75. Orders above € 100, - are shipped free.

The shipping costs to France are € 12,50. Orders above € 125 are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Italy are € 13,75. Orders above € 150, - are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Luxembourg are € 10,25. Orders above € 110, - are shipped free.

The shipping costs to Austria are € 12,50. Orders from € 125 are shipped free.

How is the return policy at

For the return or recall of ordered products, we make a distinction between plants and other products such as pots. For our plants, it cannot be returned because they fall under perishable goods. Other products can be returned within 14 days cooling-off period. However, you must first contact us by email within the 14-day cooling-off period

You have another 14 days after this notification to return the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping. The costs for return are for your own account. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?

We do our utmost to process and ship all orders within 2 business days, except weekend and public holidays. Mailbox post and parcel post via PostNL has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days (excluding holidays). is not liable for any delays during the transport of PostNL.

The same delivery time can be used for orders to Belgium as in the Netherlands.

We cannot issue a fixed delivery time for orders to other European countries.

We have prepared a clear manual for you with fun and practical tips. See our care page so that you are good prepared to take care of your cacti and succulents plants.

What is the minimum order amount?

At Ikhebeencactus you must order at least one product. What this costs does not matter so much. If you want us to send only one small cactus to you, we will!

I think something is wrong with my cactus?

Does your cactus has got a disease over time? Will the cactus become less beautiful? Will the cactus die completely? There is a good chance that your cactus is not in the right place or does not get the right amount of water. In most cases this can be traced back to the care. Therefore, contact if you see anything strange about your cactus. In many cases we can advise you, so that you can fully enjoy your cactus afterwards.

Why can't I order more than one piece of my product?

For example, if you can only order one cactus, there is only one cactus of that species in our greenhouse. Would you still like to have more? Feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

A cactus, succulents or other plant is out of stock. When do they restock?

Our range of cacti, succulents and caudex plants is supplemented weekly with plants grown in-house or purchased from other growers and nurseries. So keep an eye on the webshop when the plant you want is available again. Some varieties are very popular and few available. They can be sold out in one day. New plants and restocked plant will be displayed on the NEW page.

How can I return my cactus, succulent or other plant?

Returning off products that can spoil within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period isn't possible. All our cacti are included. Because it cannot be guaranteed that the cacti have been properly taken care of by the buyer, they cannot be returned. Both at the grower and at Ikhebeencactus a quality check is done on the plants. We only deliver 100% quality products. If you believe that you have received a plant that does not meet the quality expectations, please contact us. We always provide a suitable solution.
