WHO ARE WE?
Bo: When I was twelve years old, I got my first cactus. I still have this one! It's a Pilosocereus Magnificus. More cacti soon followed and the hobby was born. I can walk around in our greenhouse for hours and take care of cacti. This gives me a lot of peace and energy. A cactus is a loyal companion that you can enjoy for many years with a little luck even for your whole life!
Chanel: I've always been an outdoor girl, busy with plants and animals, making my clothes and hands dirty. In addition, I like being busy with styling, designing and keeping the social media up to date. And what could be nicer than being able to do all this together with your great love? Right, nothing!
WHY CACTI?
The passion for cacti goes way back. The passion was already there as a child, after which it never disappeared. After having filled the house with cacti for a long time (and then stuffing every window completely), the cactus greenhouse was finally set down in the garden, after which the entire greenhouse soon became too full. In short, a hobby that got out of hand!
HOW ARE WE STARTED?
It started with self-propagation and sowing, which got better and better, so the number of cacti grew enormously. Then after a while we were left with a lot of cacti. What do you do with that? Hand out to your group of friends, family and acquaintances! They also had enough at one point. We were increasingly asked whether we also sold the cacti! After our Instagram account, where we share our knowledge, photos and experiences, also generated many positive messages, it was time for the next step, the webshop!
You can make a webshop as complicated as you want, we like to keep it simple! Our cacti are home grown or personally selected by other growers. This way we always know what quality we send. Every cactus that comes to you is sent from our greenhouses!
